With the assistance of SAP MRP system, our procurement team ensures that our manufacturing facilities always have an uninterrupted flow of high quality materials to meet the requirements of our customers.
The procurement team's responsibilities include:
- Supplier qualification and management
- Supplier contract negotiation
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key suppliers
- Periodic, formal, metric-based business reviews with key suppliers
- Development of product-specific sourcing plans leveraging strategic suppliers and customer's special contract prices whenever possible
- Identify alternate sources for cost reduction and shorter lead time.
