Customer Quality Manager (PRC Based)

• Degree in Engineering.
• 7 years+ experience in Quality Engineering of which 3 years in managerial position (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Quality Manager).
• Manage the process of customer returns and complaints. Ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
• Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on product's quality and operating processes.
• Develop quality control plans for NPI.
• Experience in mechatronic products such as printer products preferable.
• Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of quality system and quality tools such as QFD, FMEA, DOE, etc.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Mechanical Engineering Manager (PRC Based)

• Degree holder in Engineering.
• 15 years+ experience in small home appliances industry with 5 years+ experience in the air treatment product (air purifier, heaters or humidifier product), Less experience will be considered as Assistant Mechanical Engineering Manager.
• Familiar with 3D and 2D software.
• Experience in project leading and programming.
• Primary contact of customer & vendor in technical issues.
• Product design experience is essential.
• Fluent in English & Chinese (including Mandarin).

PMC Supervisor (PRC Based)

• 5 years+ experience in Production Planning & Material Control management in electronic manufacturing industry
• Coordinate with internal departments on master scheduling, finished goods delivery and material management
• Manage a department in the area of capacity planning, production scheduling, materials planning and inventory for products with short lead time
• To achieve of company KPI (e.g. Stock turns, Excess…)
• Knowledge of ERP/MRPII application, preferably familiarize with SAP system
• Fluent English & Mandarin/Cantonese

Program Manager (PRC Based)

• University graduate of any disciplines.
• 7 years+ experience in program management or marketing in EMS industry (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Program Manager).
• Responsible for major program deliverables – cost, quality and delivery – in both New Product Introduction (NPI) stage and mass production stage by leading a team of dedicated staff from various functional departments, eg. engineering, supply chain, quality, etc.
• Engineering background is a plus, but not a must.
• Fluent in English & Chinese (including Mandarin).

Purchasing Manager (PRC Based)

• Degree holder in Engineering/BA/Purchasing.
• Good knowledge in mechanical and electrical component with good vendor base.
• To lead and drive lead time & cost improvement to reduce total operational cost.
• To drive and maintain optimal inventory.
• Some knowledge in PMC.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Senior Production Manager (PRC Based)

• Degree holder in Engineering.
• 10 years+ years experience in Production management of which 7 years+ in managerial position.
• Experience in Industrial & Commercial Electronics products preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing is an advantage.
• In charge of several production sections with strength of 1000 works.
• Management of the Production activities such as ensuring on time delivery, WIP control, product quality control.
• Production capacity planning and manpower planning.
• Implement and monitor cost control programs.
• Improve floor layout, material handling & equipment utilization for capacity optimization.
• Drive programs for continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, 7S and environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
